Although not all activities require registration, it does help us plan for materials, food, space, etc. If you are planning to attend any of the events/activities below, please click on the highlighted event name. BetterWay Ministries - second Friday of each month
Better Way is an inner city ministry serving the needs of the poor in the Short North. Heritage provides a monthly meal and fellowship the second Friday of each month. Volunteers prepare and serve meals to approximately 100 people and lead a time of spiritual community through singing and testimony. To serve at BetterWay contact: Sam Fung, Team Leader

YWCA Family Shelter Breakfast - third Saturday of each month
We are currently scheduling volunteers for March 20 & April 17. Please contact Sky Goodwin for more einformation or if you would like to serve.
Soma! Tutoring - weekly
Heritage has begun tutoring second graders at Linden STEM Academy in a one-on-one format. Volunteers are asked to commit one hour a week for the school year. Must be able to read! International Friendships - one hour/week

Sterling House - second Sunday of each month
Worship service and visiting time with residents of an assisted living facility. An emphasis is placed on developing friendships and spiritual support for the elderly being served. All are welcome. Email John & Lorene Leis or call 614.882.0943.
Project Compassion Coffee & Conversation Support Group - 2nd Thursday of each month
The Coffee & Converstaion Support Group meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month during the school year. There is a home-cooked meal, a devotional message and time to talk with each other. HCC volunteer coordinator email: Mike Durand. website: http://www.projectcompassion.us
Homelessness Simulation Class - Postponed
The Columbus Coalition for the homeless conducts a simulated experience of homelessness for church and other groups called “Three Days on the Streets”. Please contact sleake@heritagecc.org if you are interested in attending or coordinating this class at Heritage.
Prepare and serve breakfast for families in housing crisis. Great way for the whole family to serve. Children are welcome with parents. We are looking for people to coordinate and volunteer on March 20 & April 17. Contact volunteer coordinator: Sky Goodwin
