OPERATIONS

The goal of Operations is to facilitate ministry that is…

  • effective (accomplishes the goals),
  • on target (accomplishes the right goals), and
  • done with excellence (accomplishes the right goals in the right way).

We help the many different ministries and programs in Heritage function in concert with one another. As our church grows in size and complexity, our desire is to keep things focused and simple as we reach toward one shared goal: building God’s Kingdom.

The key to any effective ministry is a singular focus and dependence on Christ. The staff begins every workday with a time of prayer and genuinely cares for each other. Our staff meetings include a time of worship, devotion and sharing. We are blessed to have such an amazing staff of godly men and women.

Of course, operations also conducts the normal business aspects of a growing church, including administration, project management, facilities, and finance. Several of the all-church events are facilitated by the Operations Department, including the annual Summit and the Town Hall meetings. The Peacemaker Board and the Board of Blessing (Heritage’s classified ads) are also maintained by Operations.
