Equipping Ministry - Events & Activities
Although not all activities require registration, it does help us plan for materials, food, space, etc. If you are planning to attend any of the events/activities below, please click on the highlighted event name. Baptism Class*, Sunday, March 21, 2010, 11am, Room 101
For everyone who is interested in being baptized on April 4, 2010 at the 7:30am Easter Service.
The Alpha Course*, Tuesday, March 9-May 11, 2010, 6:30-9pm, Room 228
At an Alpha Course, people explore the Christian faith in a relaxed setting, including a delicious meal, over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions. For more information click here.
New Apologetics*, Sundays, March 7-March 28, 2010, 9am, Room 101
There are many segments of society for whom Evangelicals are the most evil villains. This class will teach you how to address a hostile culture.
Crown Financial Classes*, Mondays, January 25-March 29, 2010, 7pm, Room 102
The mission of Crown is to equip people to learn, apply, and teach God’s financial principles so they may know Christ more intimately, be free to serve Him, and help fund the Great Commission. The class is for ten weeks and includes weekly homework assignments and tools that enable participants to put biblical wisdom into immediate practice in their personal lives.
e4-text*, First Tuesdays & Thursdays, beginning September 8 & 10, 2009, 7-9pm, Room 110
e4 is our primary equipping process for establishing the foundations of our faith at Heritage. We seek to give all e4 participants a comprehensive understanding of the most important elements of Christian faith and practice. We have decided to open the program to all Participating Members of the church. You can take one, two, or three tracks (text, context, soul). e4-text takes you through the whole Bible with fresh understanding.
e4-context*, Second Tuesdays & Thursdays, beginning September 15 & 17, 2009, 7-9pm, Room 110
e4 is our primary equipping process for establishing the foundations of our faith at Heritage. We seek to give all e4 participants a comprehensive understanding of the most important elements of Christian faith and practice. We have decided to open the program to all Participating Members of the church. You can take one, two, or three tracks (text, context, soul). e4-context builds a foundation for Christian life and understanding in the world.
e4-soul*, Third Tuesdays & Thursdays, beginning September 22 & 24, 2009, 7-9pm, Room 110
e4 is our primary equipping process for establishing the foundations of our faith at Heritage. We seek to give all e4 participants a comprehensive understanding of the most important elements of Christian faith and practice. We have decided to open the program to all Participating Members of the church. You can take one, two, or three tracks (text, context, soul). e4-soul brings you to God through the practice of spiritual disciplines.
Leadership Community*, fourth Tuesdays of the month, 7-9pm, Room 110
LC is the monthly gathering of the Leadership Community of Heritage. LC is open to those Participating Members who have been invited to attend by their ministry leaders. If you are interested in LC please contact the ministry leader in which you serve.
