e4 is our primary equipping process for leadership development at Heritage. It serves as an essential component of the comprehensive BUILD ministry of the church, and, by God’s grace, equips our leadership for the work of ministry (Eph. 4).
We’re implementing e4 as a nine month pilot program starting September 2008, with an initial class of 40.
At this point, admission to e4 is closed for the 2008-09 term.
e4 has three tracks that run concurrently: Text, Context & Soul. In the Text track we study the Bible, laying the foundation of our faith. The Context track covers issues of Theology, Church History, Culture and Missions. The Soul track focuses on Spiritual Formation and the practice of our faith in community.
